Temporary permission regime (TPR) for inbound passporting EEA firms
What is the Temporary Permissions (TPR) Regime?
The temporary permissions regime (TPR) enables EEA payment and emoney firms that passport into the UK to continue operating in the UK, within the scope of their current permissions. This means regardless of deals or the lack of them. EEA firms can still have legitimate access to the UK market in 2021.
What will happen if I just ignore the TPR and deadline?
If you have not requested authorisation under the TPR before the end of 30th December 2020, then on 31st December at 11pm UK time, you will have to cease offering your services in the UK or you will be breaking the law.
What do I need to do?
Just call or email us, we can have your TPR registration completed within one week. We know the process and can handle all the steps for you reliably and efficiently.
