What is the Temporary Permissions (TPR) Regime?

The temporary permissions regime (TPR) enables EEA payment and emoney firms that passport into the UK to continue operating in the UK, within the scope of their current permissions. This means regardless of deals or the lack of them. EEA firms can still have legitimate access to the UK market in 2021.

What will happen if I just ignore the TPR and deadline?

If you have not requested authorisation under the TPR before the end of 30th December 2020, then on 31st December at 11pm UK time, you will have to cease offering your services in the UK or you will be breaking the law.

What is the cost?

We charge you £3,295 for a complete A-Z Service. This price is only available until 18th December 2020,  after which the price will be £4,995.  Details of what we provide are below.

What does this cost include?

We arrange access to the FCA portal for the named contact you provide. We then register your company under the TPR and confirm that the registration was timely and valid.

Once Temporary Permission status has been granted, the FCA requires that a notification to be sent, by a specific deadline, outlining the firms future intentions. We will help you prepare this and ensure that it is submitted in a timely manner.
